    Aerial Trix

    Here is your chance to practice all those challenging tricks you learned in aerial fit. Practice your hammock skills in a similar circuit training fashion as pole trix! There are three levels all included in this class; beginner (for those in aerial fit levels 1), intermediate (for those in aerial fit levels 2), and advanced (for those in aerial fit level 3).  In this class, skills are not broken down in detail and taught, but rather, practiced and polished.  Current or previous enrollment in our aerial fit classes is required to participate in aerial trix.

    TGR’s new vertical barre class is a dynamic blend of ballet barre work, yoga and Pilates. Ballet shoes are not required, but are encouraged. Leggings are not required but encouraged over loose fitted clothing.

    The Flirty Girl Fitness Booty Beat dances are based on the hottest moves from your favorite music videos and club dancing. Unlike other dance programs, Flirty Girl is based on 32 beat counts, with the moves progressively taught so beginners can master the class their very first time. Each move is broken down using the F.L.I.R.T. cueing methodology, then brought up to tempo, and then the next move stacked on. With the support of ongoing choreography, the classes are always fresh and exciting!

    Booty Camp

    This boot camp type of group exercise class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, Booty Camp is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves with exercises such as sprints, push ups and various forms of plyometric and interval training.

    During the summer months, this class is held at nearby Summer Brook Park. The park allows a great opportunity for children to attend and play while mom works out!
