8. How do I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation Policy - Class sizes are small to ensure a safe and personalized learning environment. Out of respect to our coaches and members, all class reservations must be canceled at least 6 hours before the class start times. This ensures instructors have enough time to plan their class appropriately and waitlisted clients can be notified of availability.

To cancel prior to 6 hours, cancel your reservation in the TGR app.
If you need to cancel less than 6 hours before class due to an emergency, please email us at tgrfitness@gmail.com

Penalties

Cancellations prior to 6 hours: No penalty and credits returned to your account.
Cancellations under 6 hours: Forfeit of the class credit.
No Shows: Forfeit of class credit
