Our beautiful, brand-new studio is located in the heart of Ankeny's shopping district. With easy access to I35, TGR is easily accessible from all the surrounding Des Moines areas.
- With 12 poles, all at an amazing 12 feet high, we have one of the most amazing pole playgrounds in the midwest! At the same time, the poles are generously spaced allowing plenty of room for all of our group fitness classes to move in between. Finally, our TRX station allows for 8 clients to train at one time, allowing us to offer one of the finest set ups for TRX in a group setting.
