TopPole Fit Levels 1-9

Let the journey begin! This is the heart and soul of our studio. Our pole fit curriculum contains 9 jam-packed levels! All Levels run in a 12 week cycle, however, with our spiraling curriculum, you may join in at ANY TIME. Attendance is completely on a drop-in basis. No commitment necessary to long sessions when our schedule revolves around you! We will begin with a warm-up, follow with step-by-step instruction of the skills and finish with conditioning to build your strength for the weeks to come. At week 12, we will celebrate our journey by performing the complete routine of that level. Breeze through each level or re-take certain classes or levels until those tough tricks are mastered! Advancement is completely up to you. If you are a student of pole fit, it is recommended that you also attend pole trix, rock & pole, or pole play once to twice a week or practice on you own pole at home.
